Meditation of the Chakras
It’s important for you to learn about your energy centers, knowing the chakras will help you heal and restore great health and aid in relieving anxiety on many levels. I truly believe we each have them in the human body, however, it’s up to you to experience it. If we learn to read more about them they will appear in universal consciousness. We will be more aware of our energy centers which give us health, wealth and love. When things are not going well in our life and we need support in being well, it could be that one or more of our chakras could be blocked, this block may include emotions of the past, vibrational thoughts which are stuck in the body, open the chakra by closing your eyes and visualizing the energy center that needs healing. We can achieve so much when we actually think we can and opening the chakras will allow us to take more control of our body, mind and spirit.
